I'm shocked to see that some people have had unpleasant experiences here. I have been getting my cakes from here for about 10 years. They follow my order perfectly every time. My cakes are always beautiful with great attention to detail. Besides the cakes, the soft serve ice cream variety is great! Pistachio is a personal favorite. The staff is always super friendly and very helpful. This is the only Carvel location I go to. Thank you for great service and great desserts!

This Carvel location is the best!! I’ve been coming here for 25 years. The service is EXCELLENT and the employees are ALWAYS FRIENDLY!! They even go out of their way and are very accommodating.

Best service ever. We always get our ice cream cakes from here because they have so many different flavors. The staff is so helpful and nice. As an aside my car broke down in their parking lot and they were so kind about it and let me leave it there until I could get someone to fix it. Highly highly recommend.
