dough isnt cooked through
We placed a pickup order but after getting home, we realized it was missing the sauces that we had paid for. We called the store to see if we could get a refund or credit, and were told that it was our fault that the sauce was missing because we hadn't checked in the boxes and that either we had to come in to pick up our sauces or not get anything at all. They then hung up on us while we were talking.
The delivery guy never showed up and ate our pizza !!!!!!

The store is neat and clean, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The pizza is always ready on time, stays hot, and is delicious, with a great garlic butter crust and flavorful sauce. Customers can add any toppings they want, and the app makes ordering and picking up very efficient.
