My sister and I came to this store many years ago and both of us ordered a raisin bagel with cream cheese and hot chocolate. The food was good and the service was wonderful. The atmosphere was busy because many people waiting to order and people making the things that they ordered.
Dietary restrictions: If people have dietary restrictions, need to inform the waiter before ordering.
Kid-friendliness: This place is kid-friendly because families can take their kids here for a meal.
Wheelchair accessibility: This place is wheelchair accessible because flat surface.
the ladies during evening shifts are super nice. They always makes sure the order is done properly and greets warmly!! Store is always neat and clean from the both inside and outside

This place was a 5 star for me, but it’s been multiple times that they would do my coffee wrong! Today same thing happened to me. They either don’t stir the coffee which it makes no sense they are not following Dunkin standards by not stirring the hot coffee ☕️ or many times they forget to add the flavoring in the coffee. Today a muslin lady was rude when I asked her to add my flavoring, she literally argued with me that she added the flavor . Me and my husband was there and we both taste our coffees and for sure she was WRONG! 😑 Me and my husband use to love the employees but we will try one more time tomorrow. After that we won’t go there ever again! She didn’t apologized and she told me “Oh you want me to add more”? while she’s slamming the spoons and coffee!

I’d give more stars except they allow homeless individuals (or they look homeless anyway) to stand there at the door, open the door and blow cigarette smoke as you walk in expecting to get a tip. I can open my own door without the cigarette smoke in my face. Sometimes I turn back when I see them at the door. The owners/management need to do something about this nonsense. Attitude is really bad or decent you never know on any given day. Coffee is good, they almost always forget part of our order which is weird.

I ordered a large refresher and a medium iced matcha and was charged almost $16 when it should’ve been just around $11 because i always get the same drinks from Dunkin. It was my first time trying this location and probably will be the last because they charged me for a Ham Croissant that I didn’t need, the employee didn’t even give me the receipt, if I wouldn’t have noticed the extra $5 they charged me in the notification I received in my phone, they would have gotten away with it. I told them and they asked me if I want a croissant (knowing I didn’t order that) or something else worth $5. I told them no and instead of refunding me through the card I used to pay, they gave me cash and some lousy change that I do not have a use for. Worst of all, I did not get any kind of apology but just told the phrase “refund no good card”. Do not go here.
Must be the worst Dunkin I have ever went to. I found a piece of plastic inside my mouth when I was drinking my iced latte and the other time the iced drink was white. A latte that’s completely white, and just tasted like milk instead of espresso. The service was a let down too, no apology or anything, just have a vibe to tell you to get out.
I had a bagle with butter, oohh,, gaash, it upset my stomack, i couldn't sleep all night.They must have spread somethingelse on it, butter never gives me that trouble.Hopefully not spit,and or oven deposits on scraper or sometging else. I would never go again.

This point probably reaches the worst level. I visited to buy hot coffee before work in the morning. The store was cramped and small.Service was the worst.I ordered a large size coffee.The staff mistakenly charged me the price for a medium coffee. (The customer may not know the price)However, instead of telling the customer, he pretended to give me a medium-sized coffee and then took it out again.In the end, I was able to get the coffee I wanted only after paying 50 cents more. There was not even an apology for the employee's mistake.
