It’s definitely not a bad place but it’s extremely small which means that it gets crowded in the morning, it’s best if you order it online and then just pick it up because if you wait on line, you’ll never leave

I ordered less ice and they just poured out the top half of my drink, which was full of my coffee. They added a little bit of coffee on top, and I watched the entire preparation process. So my large cup of coffee now only has caramel and milk left, and I asked for three pumps of syrup. They gave me five pumps, which is now very sweet, really? So just caramel milk, never go here again and They didn't even replace the lid for me, and the environment was extremely dirty.

Ordered a breakfast sandwich and a donut. They gave me the sandwich, but forgot the donut. And the sandwich had the wrong bagel. They just gave me a plain one instead of the multigrain I asked for. Just lazy

The workers here are racist and doesn’t treat their customers well when we are spending money. It’s sad that I can’t enjoy Dunkin like I used to. My order wasn't cooked after having to wait 10 mins for a wrap that was giving to a customer that ordered after me.

My sister and I came to this store many years ago and both of us ordered a raisin bagel with cream cheese and hot chocolate. The food was good and the service was wonderful. The atmosphere was busy because many people waiting to order and people making the things that they ordered.
Dietary restrictions: If people have dietary restrictions, need to inform the waiter before ordering.
Kid-friendliness: This place is kid-friendly because families can take their kids here for a meal.
Wheelchair accessibility: This place is wheelchair accessible because flat surface.
the ladies during evening shifts are super nice. They always makes sure the order is done properly and greets warmly!! Store is always neat and clean from the both inside and outside
This place was a 5 star for me, but it’s been multiple times that they would do my coffee wrong! Today same thing happened to me. They either don’t stir the coffee which it makes no sense they are not following Dunkin standards by not stirring the hot coffee ☕️ or many times they forget to add the flavoring in the coffee. Today a muslin lady was rude when I asked her to add my flavoring, she literally argued with me that she added the flavor . Me and my husband was there and we both taste our coffees and for sure she was WRONG! 😑 Me and my husband use to love the employees but we will try one more time tomorrow. After that we won’t go there ever again! She didn’t apologized and she told me “Oh you want me to add more”? while she’s slamming the spoons and coffee!

I’d give more stars except they allow homeless individuals (or they look homeless anyway) to stand there at the door, open the door and blow cigarette smoke as you walk in expecting to get a tip. I can open my own door without the cigarette smoke in my face. Sometimes I turn back when I see them at the door. The owners/management need to do something about this nonsense. Attitude is really bad or decent you never know on any given day. Coffee is good, they almost always forget part of our order which is weird.
