this is the dunkin I go to when I can’t go to the one on northern near 7/11. they’re very kind even though they’re understaffed, but sometimes there’s homeless people walking inside. there’s times when i come in like 20 minutes before i need to be on the road, but by the time 20 minutes comes i don’t even have my drink yet haha… i think they don’t really have updated menus either, i ordered a candy bar latte but they gave me a caramel craze. ngl their lattes taste...

THIS IS THE BEST DUNKIN DONUTS I HAVE EVER BEEN IN . THE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY HARD WORKING FAST AND NICE AND ALWAYS HAPPY . IT MAKES ME VERY SAD WITH THE HOLIDAYS BEING SO CLOSE THAT THE STORE HAS TAKEN AWAY AND WILL NOT ALLOW THEM TO HAVE TIP CUPS . THIS TO ME IS TERRIBLE FOR THE WORKERS WHO HAVE BILLS AND FAMILIES TO FEED AND THEY RELY ON THOSE TIPS . AS A FREQUENT CUSTOMER OF THIS STORE I DO NOT LIKE THAT I CAN NOT SHOW MY APPRECIATION FOR THESE AMAZING HARD WORKING PEOPLE ....

The staff were really helpful when I was having trouble using the mobile ordering feature on the app. It actually turned out much easier to just order normally and use the app to pay. They were really nice and professional about it. It was cool to not deal with grumpy people early in the morning.
