I celebrated my PhD this evening in this gorgeous place. Well we had a delightful evening and the restaurant was clearly one of the reasons for that successful event. The stuff cooperated in a gorgeous manner, the cuisine was very good and my guests were very pleased. We shall surely return for more celebrations. thanks very much.
The food is average - had the soup noodles and it was a bit bland and a stir fry which was ok. The good thing about them is their cheap prices and decent portions - you will be full without breaking the bank.

Tong's is the greatest deal in town. Anything with the fish fillet is worth getting (with tomato or corn or veggies). Legit seafood noodles (they give the big prawns in this $10 dish)! Don't let the decor scare you away. Better yet, take it to go!
