Shun Won Reviews
A nice, old school Cantonese joint. The service here is pretty good (I had an interesting exchange with one of the waiters haha). I ordered the fried dumplings which were very yummy. This place is CASH ONLY so keep that in mind before walking in!
Amazing place prices are wonderful and so is the food offers very generous portions be aware though ONLY CASH
Good for lunch, no crowds and as close to Big Wong's on Mott as one can get in Flushing. Everything is authentic Cantonese. Beef noodles fresh, light on the beef. Veggies with oyster sauce, way over boiled and soggy. Roast pork and duck combo was proper. 2 for lunch, $60 all-in. Fair.

Shun Won is a popular restaurant serving a variety of delicious Cantonese dishes. The menu features standout items such as salt and pepper pork chop, boat porridge, beef crisps, soy sauce chicken, scallion chicken, stir-fried noodles, and rice bowls. The restaurant is also known for its mouth-watering Roast Pig and Roast Duck. The preserved egg and pork congee is a breakfast favorite, and other notable dishes include wonton and roast pork. Customers have praised the quick service, tasty congee, and BBQ meats. The atmosphere can be plain and run down, just as many remember from the past, but it is often busy with people eating, ordering takeout, and chefs chopping meats. The friendly staff and affordable prices make it a great choice for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Located on street level, the restaurant is wheelchair accessible, though parking can be difficult if driving. Overall, Shun Won offers authentic Cantonese cuisine with a warm environment, perfect for any time of day in Flushing.
