Expensive for a tea, but the tea was good. Only had large size. Quite a wait to get your drink.
This place is on my list , I recommend and right now they have the strawberry matcha teapuccino it was delicious now I want to go back.
Drinks here are good to pair with dishes in the food court. Nothing to write home about. Frugal management, service is bare minimum.
Example 1 - They ran out of green tea at lunchtime so I asked employee if black tea can be substituted. Manager tersely said no.
Example 2 - Employee scooped toppings into my order's cup, and then scooped some out, so it seems there are precise measurements.
Nothing wrong with either scenario, observing this place runs by the book.
NGL I only went to get the genshin merch but the beverage itself was okay. I was surprised they didn’t ask me ice preference and yet the drink wasn’t as cold as I would have expected. Would be mad if it was summer but worked out cause cold lmao. They were nice to note down my number cause they were short on one merch for the combo and said they would call me when they have it. Again if you dont go to that location often and only went that one day for merch you would be mad. But as I go there often it kinda worked out.
Employee straight up ignored us while we stood there. Found out that the sets were sold out for the day and to come back tomorrow. Would’ve been nice to know they were limited stock per day since it’s not possible to make it during the day due to work. Waste of a trip.
I only came from the limited Genshin event and that was it.
While I am aware of this place's mixed reviews, my experience there wasn't too shabby: the cashier who took my order was friendly and the tea, while isn't the best, is solid overall.
That said, there are better milk/boba tea places in Flushing like Gong Cha, Coco Tea and Machi Machi in Tangram. It's not the best but certainly not the worst in my opinion.
Very bad the employees ignored me gave me a wrong order talking all the time rolling their eyes at customers

Lemon green tea made with one hand, delicious. Remember it's by hand.

Checked out this spot as it was one of the only places in New Flushing Mall that took Apple pay. Though the drink was expensive, it was actually pretty good. I chose to get the feature drink because the pics of it sold me and it looked pretty tasty. I don't know if I'd pay $8 again for it, but it was pretty good, and that cup was HUGE. I couldn't finish it so I had my boyfriend finish it for me.

Went here at noon and they didn’t give me a full scoop of toppings. The container was ran out and they were too lazy to replace it before making my drink.

Drinks and waffles are nice but the service was bad.
Cashier was lazy and gave wrong sugar level after I repeated asked for 25% sugar from the screen after seeing 100% sugar was entered......she didn't change it manually.

Their fresh juice Tea is tasty and delicious. Because they are part of the food court, the environment is not that nice and clean. Otherwise it should be more enjoyable.
