The food was so dry that it was a waste of money. It was uncooked too. The tenders was like it was uncooked and I paid $10 which is like a scam like I pay $10 and I get uncooked tenders like from this I don’t want to eat here anymore.

I don’t usually go in detail with fast food, but I really want them to review this and hopefully improve.
Food: 1. Bland! not enough seasoning at all. Extra crispy chicken does not have any flavor. Fries don’t have flavor. 2. Using old frying oil. you can tell when they don’t change the fryer oil by the color of the food. 3. I ordered a Famous Bowl, and that thing barely had any toppings (very little corn and a dash of cheese). The chicken pieces they put in were minuscule, and had scraps of chicken tender skins.
Drink: 1. Soda machine has been limited to about 4 types of drinks total. 2. This KFC definitely waters down the syrup. There’s barely any flavor to tell you what you’re actually drinking. 3. The fountain beverages don’t stay carbonated long. Something is amiss with their soda machine. 4. This location doesn’t offer any sweet teas/non-carbonated drinks on the side.
Service/Menu: 1. They don’t honor the pricing on the actual menu above them. Check the pricing before you pay. 2. Cashier did not understand what dark meat meant. I ordered dark meat only, but received wing and breast. 3. Staff packing food was extremely slow. Took over 20 minutes to fulfill a Famous Bowl and 4 piece chicken order.
Overall, I had a really bad experience at this location. IT USED TO BE GOOD. The new management really drove this place to the ground. I wouldn’t be surprised if this place has many(if not pending) health code violations.

Service was a mess. No coordination or organization between the lead and his employees, as I can see him yelling while everyone is in a frenzy. Came in for pickup, and no kidding, almost left the mall with a huge chunk of my order missing. Even the sauces that I had to pay extra for, or any sauces for the combos in fact, were missing. The biscuits that were $1.39 extra are basically breadcrumbs. All their sodas were flat, with management not even responding to the riot and complaints forming around the soda machine. And at the end of it all, I am still missing my fries.

the service is very terrible. kfc was not like this before. we ordered chicken. in the bag there was a large piece of thigh. we expected fried drumstick as always. french fries are very greasy and it is clear that they fried in dark oil ????????

The chicken was good but I was cheated. Bought a 12 piece family meal and I was only given 10 pieces of chicken, I called the restaurant five times and nobody answered the phone. I have a few things to return at mall so I will pay them a visit, I'm sure they will be acting like they don't know what I'm talking about. I wonder how many customers they do this to, especially when make a big order. Disappointed customer.

After 30 years they still kept the status of making the exact pot pie the way I like it. Outside all crispy and the middle layers of crust after crust. Inside super hot and soft fill-ins. Just right every time.
If I could give negative stars I would. Service is always sub-par. But more importantly when I order wings with sauce on them like the bbq wings the wings are ALWAYS DRY. THEY DO NOT PUT ENOUGH SAUCE ON YOUR CHICKEN TO EVEN COAT IT. I CALLED REPEATEDLY AND GOT HUNG UP ON REPEATEDLY. I WILL BE WALKING DOWN TO THE MALL WHERE THEY ARE LOCATED TO LET THEM KNOW ABOUT THEIR HABITUAL TERRIBLE SERVICE.
