This buffet...just isn't it. Definitely can ignore the influencers who keep making a big deal out of this.
Variety is adequate, but quality is severely lacking. Came early for a Christmas day seating when it wasn't too busy yet, and the seafood and meat dishes were not consistently replenished. Shrimp was fine, but lobster and crab weren't cooked well and lacking flavor.
