Hong Kong Style tea shop. Baked Pork Chop Rice over there is my favorite which I have been taking it for more than 10 years. Unfortunately the taste has been going down hill recently.
I've been coming here for their breakfast special for years. Solid quality and affordable. I recommend their satay beef instant noodle. It's not part of their breakfast special, but it's good enough where I get it almost all the time. Make sure to try their iced milk tea.

Great Cantonese bakery that also sells a variety of Cantonese style hot meals including breakfast. Food was delicious and with good portion. Service was excellent. Price is very affordable. Decent amount of seats. Bathroom available.
