My wife and I had been ordering from this place for years. Our recent order was never delivered (delivery person dropped off at different building). When we called for a refund, they refused and stated they were not responsible for deliveries. When we asked how that was, we could not get a straight answer, and lip service that they would speak to a manager, who never called us back. Absolutely terrible quality control, and even worse customer service. Avoid at all costs.
