“My experience was great with the guy that took my order he was just perfect. Except I don't understand why they don't let people use the bathroom because sometimes you want to go to use the bathroom and on your way out of the bathroom you're going to want to order something so that should be taken into consideration and it has nothing to do with the guy that took the order that's my own personal opinion.“

“I totally recommend Dunkin’ on Dix Avenue in Queensbury, NY!!! Awesomeeeee service! Went out on a hunt for tumblers and found 2 out of the 3 I needed to complete my set. Asked if anymore purple and was told no. As I’m sitting in my car the lady who was helping me comes running down the side walk to catch me because she found some out back!!! Made my entire year!! “I was in early this morning to pick up a mobile order and the app had a malfunction notifying me 11 mins before my arrival. I called to troubleshoot the order and they immediately got to work on the order. It was a large order and it was ready by the time I arrived. This level of customer service is hard to find and greatly appreciated!“

“This is the only mcdonald's location in the whole area that can seem to get anyone's coffee order even remotely close to right. They are also the only ones that ever fix a mistakes without being rude to you like you were the one that made the burger or whatever it was you ordered, Whereas they are the ones who clearly made the mix up happen. The fort edward/hudson falls mcdonalds is great.“
