“Amazing, amazing, amazing customer service!!! On Friday February 26th, we ordered from here. I called ahead just to confirm they had what we wanted which included 16 wontons, they did. I actually called twice because I had two separate questions and they didn't seem bothered whatsoever, they took the time to answer my questions, they also took the time to go into details. They even asked for my husband's name so they knew who would be showing up for the big wonton order along with screenshots. My husband showed up with screenshots of what was going to be ordered so that way he could just show them and not mess up the order LOL. The food was fresh, just the right amount of sauce, and tasted delicious!My first call I had to look back at my phone to make sure I called the correct number, I even asked them if they were the fort drum Panda Express because he was extremely nice. The second call was a female who was also just as nice. I've never had a bad experience at Panda Express I just felt like these two customer service representatives went beyond just doing their jobs which is hard to find people like that in this industry nowadays. I also have to give props to all the people that were preparing that food that day because the taste was outstanding. Thank you for providing our family with a great dinner and a great experience!“

“Great place for either Dine in or Pickup.
I’ve ordered food from here dozens of times and it’s always terrific- best in the area for sure. They always give you a good estimate on the time it will take and they have free chopsticks if you want to use them. They always toss in fortune cookies for no additional fee (some places seem to forget but never here). I even got a free eggroll one time when i ordered so i had to call back and thank them for their kindness! Whether you choose to dine in or eat out, their service is always impeccable and with a smile. Lastly, it’s always cool inside during the summer on hot days and nice and toasty during the winter, even if you might not see the store from the road due to snowbanks it’s never a bad idea to stop here for lunch or dinner.

Parking: Plenty of parking out back when it’s busy.“

“Amazing crab Rangoon, folds in the ends of the triangle so no empty crunch, totally stuffed with a wondrous 50/50 of crab to cheese. Add to that I asked for extra spicy beef lo mein and whomever was working the line snagged some moruga scorpion chiles from his garden and utilized 1/4 of one to make the best and most spicy lo mein I've had the pleasure of experiencing. Lovely duo, possibly a couple(?), not to be presumptuous, either way very accommodating and kind people. Can't wait to go back again!“

OK, today is Christmas Eve. We ordered some food and I am looking at the menu, and the prices that I was quoted over the phone is not anything like what’s on the menu.
I’m not sure if your price gouging just because it’s Christmas Eve but I think that’s a little too steep, but it is what it is just saying.“

“This place is your typical Chinese takeout/delivery restaurant, nothing fancy but convenient for a quick meal. I usually order the general tso's chicken with egg fried rice (I ask them to make it with white rice instead of the yellow rice) and steamed pork dumplings. And for the price (fairly reasonable), the food is pretty solid. I would definitely recommend giving this place a shot if your in the area and looking for simple Chinese takeout.“

“This is the best buffet around for Chinese food. I like to get here when they just open up at 11 am and everything is hot and fresh. I have never had a bad experience here. The waitresses are quick to get your dirty dishes and refills. One time they were out of Sushi and I asked if there would be more. They made the kind I wanted and brought it to our table. Best service ever. I always forget to take pictures here so I'll update next time we go. Usually here once or twice a month.“
