“I took my parents, brother, and his wife who are from Alabama to Stefanos Carthage location, as they hadn’t been there before. The spaghetti was wonderful, as were the riggies, and the sausage/peppers/mushrooms pizza was spot on. I personally have been to Stefanos many many times, and their performance on this occasion was no different from my past experiences. No let downs. The owner flat out knows what he is doing running his restaurants, and their product is just killer. Consistent, hot, fresh, and delicious. I’d recommend it to anyone. You can’t lose here!“
