I love their ice-cream, the drive thru window, and I have always had great service with a smile!
Rookies ice cream is a good place to get ice cream but there service is bad. one time they broke my waffle cone and just said “can I put this in a dish didn’t even bother to replace it. And 27 cents for an extra dish that’s outrageous. U would think they would be nice since we spent over $40 at this place. Plus we had to ask to put a cherry on my ice cream after we paid for it
You’re kiddy size options need to be more child friendly. It’s impossible for a toddler to have more than 3 bites before it’s overflowing and making a mess. A condiment size dish is not appropriate. No other place does this and it just looks like your trying to save a penny or two on the dish.
