“Love this Dunkin ... With the new Manager this place is clean, friendly and its a pleasure to go to. The new Manager turned this store around for the better! Mama and staff only need to see you once and you can walk in a week or two later and they will know your order. No more long lines the staff keeps it moving. I rate this 5 out of 5.“

“Bright and early in the morning Nyla was a ray of sunshine on this gloomy day. She took her time explaining the menu options. Walked us thru the process. Put so much love into our donuts and treated us like long time friends. Felt like hanging out in your best friend’s kitchen instead of picking up donuts at a shop. I will definitely be back!!“

“I got their strawberry and mango croffle delivered and it was delicious! They weren't too sweet and the cream was really light, which paired well with the croffle itself. I loved the strawberry one as there was strawberry jam and the strawberries themselves were really sweet. The mango one was alright as the mangos were a bit bitter. Overall, a cute dessert spot and I would love to try their other menu items!“

“Yummmm live about 30 mins away and when they came they were still warm. We got. The Half&Half. Mozzarella & hotdog. All encrusted in the crunchiest little bite size potatoes. We also got two of the original. Yum. And of course we had to have the mochi donuts..flavors we had were Oreo strawberry (2) and a rainbow. 10 out of 10. Highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ again we got delivery from a half hour drive and was spot on ! Try try try. You won’t be disappointed. ✌🏼“

“Long story short: would give 6 Stars if possible. Was short .29 cents picking up a Iced caramel Latte for a friend working at Star Bazaar down the block. Out of the shadows, Abraham (manager?) “Tim Horton sausage egg n cheese on a croissant just took #1st place with its big block of cheese slice. Fried eggs that taste like made in DR. And the croissant is the best croissant I ever had. Sausage is just as delicious or more than other places. Sheesh. That brings down McDonald’s to 2nd place. Dunkin’ Donuts to 3rd place plus everyone else. And I think Tim sells the sandwich cheaper than everyone else but not 100% on this“

“Well, Duncan’s are all over the place but there’s no place like sunrise Highway in Baldwin. Avery is the best employee I’ve ever had!! at Dunkin every day all over the Long Island as a driver and let me tell you they really accommodate and best coffee ever and their drive-through convenience is unmatched anywhere in and out great orders. I highly recommend this location and of course Duncan everywhere.“

“I ordered a lot and they forgot a few things. The guy behind the counter acted skeptically when I told him he had forgotten to give me some of the stuff I ordered. He never gave me a receipt so I could prove what I had paid for. Ultimately he gave me the rest of the order without much resistance, but it felt kinda shady like he assumed I wouldn't remember all the stuff I asked for. Sometimes it pays to be of a large and imposing size.

Parking: Adequate parking.

Wheelchair accessibility: I did not see any adequate wheelchair access. At least not from the parking lot where someone who might park actually try to enter the store from.“

“The Dunkin’ at hillside near to Bank of America is really a good place to visit for your breakfast fast and coffee. I liked the people over there. It’s bit congested inside for dine in, but ok manageable. I had been there many times and they never compromised on quality of food and service. A recommend this Dunkin’ to everyone“

“The ladies in the morning are always pleasant. My mobile orders are 99% correct and everything is made on time. No complaints.
If I was someone that wanted to sit and stay in a dunkin for a few hours this one has limited seating and is rather small so I'd go to a different one (There's one a block a away and one in the village). Parking can be rough at times.“
