You need to try "chicken ramen". This is not Japanese ramen, but Chinese chicken noodle soup, which is superb. The handmade noodle and not so salty chicken soup go so well. I can eat this every day.
Oh my god! This is the best Spicy Taiwanese Beef Noodle (knife cut style) in New York. This is so authentic and I have been dying to find decent Asian food around Garden city. To be authentic, you must add the preserved veggies on top (you have to add yourself, it’s in a stainless steel jar by the pick up area).So you got to tell the cashier either the regular hand pulled noodle (which they name is as Ramen) or Hand cut noodle, when you order. I personally like hand cut version...
This is located inside Roosevelt Field Mall. Most of the food here is soup-related. The Ramen tastes good as well as the soup dumplings. Since it is located in the food court of the mall, there are a lot of seats, however, if you try to eat during peak hours, it gets hard to find an open seat.
