I'm sorry but why are the reviews here so low? This is a staple of the mall. If you go to the mall and you have an appetite for a quick delicious bite then why would you not choose Sarku? Definitely not getting the love they deserve here, however anytime I'm at the mall or in the area and I want a nice hearty meal I'll stop by here. Crowded and always busy. Smells like mall Japanese food. I would recommend going early. The food is okay, like others have said. Ask for extra sauce for flavor. This isn't restaurant quality, but it's very filling. Take it or leave it.

The service was bad. There is no ambiance since it's a food court. The food is greasy.Chicken teriyaki I ordered no vegetables and extra sauce. The chef read my order and still gave no sauce. He also gave less chicken than I hat everyone else was getting. Overall I would not recommend this place if you have an alternative option. However this place is cheap and fast.
