My go to place in Garden City for authentic Turkish salad and bowls. Although no longer a sit down restaurant, in my opinion this is a good thing. The meat is always juicy and tasty, but the kofte meat balls are hard to beat. For vegetarians the various options are just perfect. This all comes together in the end result when you realize that you are actually tasting the food and not chomping purely to eat. Yum. I had a salad bowl with steak and the delicious flat bread. It was plenty of food for dinner and then lunch the next day. The staff were nice and the tatziki sauce was really quite good.
Wild Fig use to be a fav of mine but now with all the changes its lacking in options to eat, The old menu was so good. The bread isnt fresh anymore and I feel like im sitting eating at a subway. Mediterranean Grill? More like a bad alternative to chipotle. Very disappointed!! 2 stars because it use to be my favorite. Also got an ice tea and it tasted exactly like handsoap. I think I'm sick from it.
