Mountain Brahaus continues to be the local standard for an Alpine Bavarian dining experience. Good food preparation. authentic taste, reasonable pricing. Very tasty German beers, both lagers and Ambers, to accompany the meal. attentive and friendly staff mKe the dining experience a pleasure. And located on the lower slope of a beautiful mountain in NY's Shawangunks! What more could you ask for?
We truly enjoyed our visit to this German restaurant. The dishes were flavorful and beautifully prepared, and the authentic taste made the experience even more special. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, with a pleasant ambiance that made us feel comfortable right away. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal.

Excellent, authentic, German food with large portions at a reasonable price in a pleasant, rustic, atmosphere. I had the Jägerschnitzel with potato pancakes instead of the red cabbage and it was delicious. The meal also came with a nice salad and delicious pumpernickel bread and some other kind of bread with caroway seeds - both were incredible. For dessert I had their warm apple strudel. Definitely save room for dessert! Special shout out to our waiter Omar. He was the nicest...
