Craft Breweries near Garrattsville

“Butternuts is a little further away from the other Cooperstown area breweries but it's absolutely worth the visit. The brewery has a much smaller, more grassroots vibe then the others as well, but the beer is excellent (and there's much more to try than the iconic Porkslap you've no doubt had if you're from out of town like me). I should note the tasting room is closed during the winter months, but we showed up not knowing that and we were welcomed in anyway for a full private tour and a tasting of whatever was available. There just aren't enough people left on Earth who are willing to inconvenience themselves for strangers and I think it really speaks volumes. Go pay them a visit.“

“Absolutely love this brewery. The beer is fantastic and the staff is too. Great location just a short drive from Cooperstown and totally worth the drive if you’re further out. Bring your own snacks or try food from the food trucks they bring in. They throw awesome events & have live music almost every weekend in the summer. One of my favorite local spots to hang!“
