I always come here when I work in geneseo and while I'm not big on sandwiches/subs this has become a place I enjoy coming to, the owner and staff are very friendly as well I went in for lunch yesterday and my card wasn't working so I paid cash I only had a $10 on me so I told her to put the chips back she told me to grab some anyway
We hit up this place on move-in day at SUNY Geneseo on a whim. Definitely was not disappointed in the quality of the sub. I ordered the Italian Assorted Sub and it was great. The meat combination (Ham, Cappicola, Italian Salami) was better than a Wegmans Italian in my mind. This place is a local legend. I had the occasion to try it finally and I can see why. Friendly service, generous portions, reasonable wait time. I ordered a steak sub that was prepared just right - fixings were perfect, steak well-seasoned and juicy. Luckily they had an open table where I could hang out and enjoy my edible work of art! I thought the office was also on par and reasonable as well. I'll be back for sure.
