Everything is delicious, highly recommend
I absolutely LOVE Five Kids Bakehouse. A Michelin star level pastry chef hidden in rural New York. My in laws moved to the area in 2021 and surprised us with a kimchi and cheese croissant. Honestly, I was repulsed by the thought of the flavor combination, but I did the polite thing and took a bite. It was reheated for a few minutes in the oven, so the croissant dough was extra flaky and the Kim chi was even more aromatic.
