“We celebrated my mom’s 85th birthday and my dad’s 88th birthday at McGirks last night with a group of 12, and despite how busy the restaurant was, everything was absolutely wonderful. Hunter was our server and she was excellent—attentive, friendly, and on top of everything. Kellyn, the bartender, was super fast, Emily is awesome as usual, and Noelle came over to personally wish my parents a happy birthday, which meant a lot to us. The chef did an amazing job—every dish was warm, delicious, and exactly as ordered. We had no complaints at all. Megan is a fantastic owner, and it truly shows in the quality of the food, service, and overall experience. Thank you to the entire team for helping make such a special milestone celebration memorable.”

“Wir kamen am 07.09.2025 zum Abendessen. Das Restaurant war so nett und einladend. Das Essen war mehr als köstlich! Ich bestellte Rahmschnitzel und Pat dasselbe! Es hat so gut geschmeckt! Das Sauerkraut war mit dieser fantastischen Soße garniert! Die beiden Herren, die dort arbeiteten, waren so toll und freundlich. Ich konnte sogar Deutsch sprechen! Ich lerne die Sprache gerade wieder, und das war das Beste, abgesehen vom Essen. :) Die Pizza, die ein anderer Tisch bestellt hatte, sah FANTASTISCH aus! Dafür komme ich wieder!”

“I really enjoyed one of the October specials when I was there with my grandson. Especially the German potato salad and ohhhhh a slice of German chocolate cake. Sooo good. My late fiancée and I were regulars. Brought a tear to my eye to see one of our favorite waitresses to welcome us. Heather was always so cheery and accommodating . Love the gift shop as well.
