McDonald's offers tasty nuggets, good fries, and a Shamrock Shake. However, the service can be slow and orders may be missing items, like a sausage from a hotcake and sausage combo. Customers might have to wait longer than expected, even when the store is empty. It's recommended to check the order before leaving to avoid any missing items.
