“I do not recommend going to the bar! Terrible service!! This past Labor Day my husband and I decided to go back to this place for our second time, since our first time was a great experience. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the service overall. This time we decided to sit in the back because they had a DJ and good ambiance. The bar seating was perfect and beautiful water view. Since it was a beautiful evening we decided to order a nice COLD bottle of white wine along with our meal. Unfortunately the wine we wanted “supposedly” they didn’t have…..but it seemed as our very young bartender was having a bit of trouble trying to put that in the system, so she came back to see if we have a second choice. So we chose. We waited more than usual, but did come eventually………to our disappointment the wine was room temperature. So we expressed our dissatisfaction about how is it possible to serve white wine at room temperature. She suggested we put our bottle in an ice bucket because there’s no colder wines, and that would be the coldest! But then that wouldn’t solve the issue as she thought. We still had warm white wine to drink. So, once we said sorry we just can’t, she decided to leave the ice bucket unattended on the bar and ignore as completely even though we pushed the wine to the side. Since she was completely ignoring us, I got up and went to the side of the bar and called her and asked to speak to whoever was in charge of the wines. With a great attitude she had someone called that person. Once we spoke to him I asked how is it possible to serve room temperature white wine?! the excuse was that maybe she chose the one they just put in. So he advised us to change our wine completely. We ordered French and he suggested a Greek wine because they have that one very cold. After he brought the wine, he left it inside ice bucket unattended. Not even asked if that wine was ok! We had to remind the other very young bartender if we could have our wine. Since our bartender still was ignoring us. We kept the bucket with us just incase so we can serve ourselves. Food came and was delicious! We got the appetizers and after a little while our main course. But empty plates were still there from appetizers. The food runner had to make space to put our main course on the bar top. Main course was done and empty plates were there for so much longer than they should. But she was attending other guest while ignoring us. I started staking the plates, when she noticed she asked the other bartender to clear up the area. My husband wanted dessert so we asked someone else for it. And then we added a couple of frangelicos and this is when she came around again! Nope! Sorry! To not make the story longer our bill came to almost $300. We didn’t think she deserved any tip at all. She ruined our experience. We made the best of our last days of summer. Yes I could’ve had the manager and complain but that would have ruined our evening and our meal. So I told my husband just give her $25 though I thought that was WAY too much, but to show her that we are descent people and that she’s not doing us a favor by serving us because she’s a lousy person with No bartending etiquette and she shouldn’t be behind the bar! And yes we made sure tip wasn’t included already!!“

“We went for the second time, the first time was so much better!! This time it was not good. My wife had the fish tacos. Not only did they not look nice but the taste was bad. I had the crunchy mahi mahi. It looked like raw tuna. It was not good as well. The only thing we liked was the desserts. We will not go back any time soon.“

“Here’s the thing—Season Bistro is the best restaurant in Long Island. I know how big a statement that is. Go eat there and tell me I’m wrong though. The chef is brilliant, creative, and does things with pork belly that normal chefs would rave about! The entire menu is amazing. And that menu changes 4 times a year—depending on, yes, the season. “Love this place! This is my go-to spot for lunch with friends and family. I highly recommend the grilled peach ricotta toast, the hot honey chicken sandwich, the everything pigs in a blanket, the crispy brussels sprouts and any of the smoothies. YUM!

The whole restaurant and bar area is really beautiful. Wish they’d bring back dinner and happy hour so I could go more often with my husband and daughter. But happy to continue to visit for lunch until then :)“

“We tried The Audrey for the first time last night. Will definitely return. It was a Wednesday night and we were alerted that they were short staffed when we chose to sit outside. One of our entrees was forgotten and took about 20 min, but we shared our entrees in the meantime. The appetizers and pizza entrees were very generous sizes (could easily be shared) and they were all delicious. The staff was very apologetic and had such a delightful personality that it was easy to forgive. We definitely look forward to going again.“

It was a great piece of fish .. cooked perfectly.. crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside but it was bland. A bit disappointing but not enough for me to say it ruined our evening. “We actually never went to this location before, but had greatly enjoyed their prior second location in Port Washington. Expectaions were right on point. Food was excellent from appetizer to the main course. Maybe it's weird but I kind of respect even the small things like when a restaraunt offers to chose to serve in house brewed ice tea as opposed to something pre processed. The Brisket from todays specials list was perfect. This restaurant is 45min drive from home and well worth the trip. Thank You, we will be back.“

“My best friend lives in Queens so she and I come to the Onion Tree every other Friday night. I wish this place was closer to me. I live in Yonkers. The food is superb, seasoned extraordinarily. The chicken is fresh, soft and cut into small bites. I always order chicken tikka masala, butter chicken, or chicken tikka pizza. I have never had food that I enjoyed this much and I have tried all foods all over the world. I never get tired of this place. And the food is served quickly and piping hot. They’re opening a second place in Manhattan. We’re getting closer to Yonkers!! The drinks are awesome too. Barbra and Louis work behind the bar. They’re friendly and great bartenders.“

“The Neiman Marcus cafe is a special place for my family and I. How can I not give it 5 stars?? Whether it be lunch during a day at the mall or to celebrate a birthday, Mother’s Day or a graduation we are always treated like family. The manager Sheila greets us with conversion and a smile. The servers are great and Anthony aka Tony is like family to us. My mom is always treated like royalty there. The food selection is great and tasty! We love the popovers with the strawberry butter and the amazing, truly amazing broth. The service it’s great but the food and the people themselves is what makes us continually return. My mom and I love a good Madison Ave salad with a side of conversion with Tony :) thanks for always treating us with kindness!“

“I’ve tried both the smash burger and chicken sandwich from Bareburger, and they are absolutely delicious. The fries are great too! What I love most is knowing that their food is real, organic, and healthier compared to the fast food options around here.

Plus, their prices are amazing, especially since so many other places have raised their prices—some are even more expensive than Bareburger, and they aren’t even organic. I don’t trust the other places, and they charge way too much, so Bareburger is my go-to spot.

On top of the great food, the atmosphere is fantastic. The restaurant layout and theme are so unique and inviting—it really adds to the experience. Everything about Bareburger is perfectly amazing, from the service to the food to the prices, all of it is top-tier. I just wish more people knew about this place!

Please consider putting ads in colleges because we need more affordable, healthy, and tasty food options like yours.

“Lively atmosphere, offering more than a just a pub to drink in. We enjoyed the burger and pork chop which had a delicious mustard glaze. My only complaint is that everything is “a la carte”. The price points are over $20 for these items, some fries or a vegetable on the side would be nice. Also could benefit from sound absorbing ceiling panels. We did experience great service. A nice place to have in the neighborhood.“

“Modern on the Rails is a solid dinner spot. It’s a great location and the ambiance/decor is a total vibe. It’s definitely got an upscale feel, while also not being stuffy or fancy. You could easily go here for dinner in jeans and not feel out of place, but also if you wanted to dress up for a date night or special occasion, it would also be appropriate.

The space is also really nice and is a good option if you were having a larger group or wanted to do a celebratory meal.

The staff is friendly and attentive.

The food is solid and the price is reasonable for what you are getting. They brought over bread to start and the bread was nice and warm. We started with the burrata app which weirdly came with 3 pieces of medium bread (same as the basket, but toasted or grilled). It felt like it should have been smaller crostini type bread and also more pieces given the app, but it didn’t matter because we had the warm bread basket. The app itself was nice, but not overly special.

For dinner we had the burger and the squid ink pasta with salmon. The burger was good, but the sweet potato fries needed any kind of seasoning, even salt. The pasta was the best dish of the night. The salmon was cooked perfectly, the sauce was delicious and the pasta was great.

Overall, I would definitely come back here again. It’s a nice spot with reasonable prices, great ambiance and service, and the food is solid.“

“This is one of my favorite places to eat The food is always delicious and the specials are definitely the hidden jewel here. You will always be waited on by wonderful staff and the owner will always stop by your table to make sure everything is fine.
I definitely recommend their special memories chicken. It takes a while to cook but it is so worth it. We order it everytime we come, even if we don’t eat it there it is great the next day“

“All you have to remember is: Chicken Cutlet Chili Cheese California on a Wedge. Music to my ears. I crave this sandwich. The chicken cutlet is thin and crispy, the chili is spicy, and the mayo lettuce and tomato cuts the spice. It's truly the perfect sandwich and every bite leaves you wanting to come back for more and more and more.“
