“The food at Home frite White plains it's delicious. It's not just another burger joint. They have amazing combinations of chicken sandwich and hot dog options. My favorite is their Chilli dogs called the dirt dogs. Absolutely delicious. Nashville hot chicken and their BBQ chicken is my next favorite and offcourse their burgers are always on point. Buttery, fresh ground beef and offcourse toasted brioche buns. My coworkers favorite lunch spot Home frite White plains!!“

“My best friend lives in Queens so she and I come to the Onion Tree every other Friday night. I wish this place was closer to me. I live in Yonkers. The food is superb, seasoned extraordinarily. The chicken is fresh, soft and cut into small bites. I always order chicken tikka masala, butter chicken, or chicken tikka pizza. I have never had food that I enjoyed this much and I have tried all foods all over the world. I never get tired of this place. And the food is served quickly and piping hot. They’re opening a second place in Manhattan. We’re getting closer to Yonkers!! The drinks are awesome too. Barbra and Louis work behind the bar. They’re friendly and great bartenders.“

“We were three who visited The Meadows on a Friday afternoon in the summer. They were not busy at all. We chose to sit outside on their patio overlooking the golf course which was quite lovely until the bees and lantern flies became very annoying and aggressive. We then moved inside to their lovely dining room. The staff was very attentive and friendly and the food was very good. It would behoove them to try to get the bee situation under better control. Would recommend and we are surely to return.“

“I first visited this restaurant when they opened in 2016. A decade later, I happened to be visiting the area and stopped off here for lunch with my boyfriend. I can honestly say this place hasn't lost their touch.
The restaurant is dark and cozy with a fireplace in the back, making it a perfect spot for a romantic dinner or nice lunch. The servers are all well-versed in the menu items and oyster selection. The restaurant usually has some great specials that are always worth trying out.
This visit was somewhat brief so we only got mains. The special of the day was swordfish. They offer the option to choose your prep style so we each got the swordfish; I tried the lemon butter sauce and my boyfriend got the red pepper sauce. Both were perfectly prepared and delicious. We also shared a side of the grilled asparagus which was perfectly cooked.
A solid 10/10. Highly recommended for any foodies as this place also has some fantastic non-seafood options.“

The food was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The jerk chicken was perfectly seasoned, the curry goat was tender and flavorful, the fried chicken was crispy, juicy, and delicious, and the ackee and saltfish was authentic and well prepared. The Escovitch fish was outstanding, the rice and beans and spinach rice were cooked to perfection, the fried plantains were sweet and delicious, and the freshly steamed vegetables were the perfect complement to the meal.

Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how wonderful everything tasted. Thank you, Chef Andre and the entire Vibes Kitchen team, for your professionalism, kindness, and for helping make my sister’s celebration of life so memorable. “Slid in right before closing — not exactly the ideal way to walk into a wine bar. But the bartender welcomed us like we'd been regulars for years. That kind of warmth at the end of a long shift says a lot about a place.
The wine was excellent. Exactly what you want from a spot like this — well-curated, well-poured, no complaints.
