“Here’s the thing—Season Bistro is the best restaurant in Long Island. I know how big a statement that is. Go eat there and tell me I’m wrong though. The chef is brilliant, creative, and does things with pork belly that normal chefs would rave about! The entire menu is amazing. And that menu changes 4 times a year—depending on, yes, the season. A+“

“A true hidden gem of a restaurant, with spacious open seatings, amazing interior lighting and decorations, polite and super curteous staff / manager, a unique delicious seasonal menu, and Very Very competetive priced dinner menu.

I ordered wood grilled kona lamb. The dish was prepared to perfection, well served and delicious.
Considering the location and area, if you are seeking a classy restaurant with amazing atmosphere, seasonal delicious menu, and yummy choices then I highly, highly recomend this restaurant.
And don't miss out on their shot glass, gorgeous desert menu.
I ordered cheese cake. It was gooood !!

“Celebrated my husband's birthday at George White Restaurant on a Sunday evening. Great menu with lots of choices for every taste. I chose Steak Au Poivre from the Prix Fixe, husband and daughter had Chicken Cordon Bleu and Chicken Cacciatore. Everything was excellent and our server, Cathy, was fantastic.“

“I thought the Audrey was great! It is a cute cocktail bar for drinks and lite bites. We had a 7:30 reservation for a high top, although you can just walk in and sit at the bar, and this was our first time there. If you are looking for the traditional restaurant menu this is not the place. It is what I would characterize as a good place to meet with friends or significant other at the end of the day for drinks and lite bites. The menu consisted of various appetizers, salads, charcuterie and pizza and I will say all the food and drinks were amazing! As you can imagine the atmosphere is a bit lively depending on the number of people and seems to get livlier around 10 pm. If this sounds fun to you its worth checking out.“

“My best friend lives in Queens so she and I come to the Onion Tree every other Friday night. I wish this place was closer to me. I live in Yonkers. The food is superb, seasoned extraordinarily. The chicken is fresh, soft and cut into small bites. I always order chicken tikka masala, butter chicken, or chicken tikka pizza. I have never had food that I enjoyed this much and I have tried all foods all over the world. I never get tired of this place. And the food is served quickly and piping hot. They’re opening a second place in Manhattan. We’re getting closer to Yonkers!! The drinks are awesome too. Barbra and Louis work behind the bar. They’re friendly and great bartenders.“

“I've beeen meaning to try this place for a while. We went for restaurant week. Everything was delicious. I had the meatballs, shrimp risotto and apple crisp ala mode. The decor is stylish and beautiful. Service was very efficient. Definitely plan to return.“

“We actually never went to this location before, but had greatly enjoyed their prior second location in Port Washington. Expectaions were right on point. Food was excellent from appetizer to the main course. Maybe it's weird but I kind of respect even the small things like when a restaraunt offers to chose to serve in house brewed ice tea as opposed to something pre processed. The Brisket from todays specials list was perfect. This restaurant is 45min drive from home and well worth the trip. Thank You, we will be back.“

“Love the vibe of the place. Felt like I was in a neighborhood bar but all class just different vibe I loved it. Sat at the bar Amanda was everywhere and always had our drinks refilled. Got a full cold bottle of water which I absolutely love that don’t have to ask every five minutes. Bottled beer was so cold loved them. Burgers were amazing we both loved the burger taste was great had a combination of things on it that just went perfect rolls were fresh and small enough this sounds crazy but the burger looked like it was a classy burger with a nice looking roll. Personally needed one more slice of bacon but loved that bacon was small pieces the meat is the star not bacon. With that being said the French fries served was like the ugliest thing as a wingman. Frozen fries which I got the end of the bag so they were all small pieces and just boring and not good. Burger which had meat bacon roll cheese sauce onion green tomato for 15 bucks. And a small basket of frozen French fries which cost me 11 dollars. WHY? Classy place gorgeous burger and then those fries at that price point not good at all. A place like that with a burger that looks and tastes like that deserve a different side of fries and charge 19 for the burger with some home made fries please. Would have been a no brainer 5 star.“

“I vividly remember the old Mercurio store the was on the Avenue across from this one. What a classic Italian deli, with the servers dressed in white smocks. The variety of Italian delicacies, and the aromas, were so enticing. I was glad to see that the pasta store still exists. The lasagna noodles and fettuccine we purchased were excellent.“

“Hicks Deli is a top tier deli and never disappointed me since this place opened ive been advocating all family and friends to try it out. My usual order is the #4 with a hash brown on top with salt pepper and hot sauce. Coffee is always hot and the line moves quickly if busy. Lots of drink choices and plenty of other typical deli items available. I usually spend under 20$ here“

“Our first time here. We will be back.
There is valet parking, which in 10 degree weather is a huge plus.
There was a coat check which is another perk.
Then we were seated in the main dining area in a lovely and comfortable table with a cloth tablecloth and napkins, which is a great commodity nowadays in an era where even upscale restaurants have given into.
The service was phenomenal.
Presented with warm fresh rolls along with the menus. A food menu and a drinks menu.
We dined a three course meal which was outstanding. From the starters to desert everything was cooked perfectly, plated and presented like an upscale restaurant should.
The meal, service and atmosphere was worth the price.

I always get the roast beef panini w/ chicken soup… SOOOO GOOD! My daughter is a picky eater, and loves they food! ESPECIALLY the chicken soup! Great restaurant!“

“Husband & I were in the area & decided to stop in for lunch today & glad we did. I had the Lamb Gyro, came w/french fries & Beef Barley soup. Soup was delicious. Gyro had plenty of meat (lamb) w/lettuce, tomatoes & onions. All very fresh. Husband had Falafel which he said was absolutely delicious. We had a great lunch. The staff were very nice and attentive & restaurant was cheerful & clean. We will definitely be coming back to try their dinner next time. Highly recommend Opa Grille.“
