“I recently visited this pizzeria for the second time, and I wanted to share my honest experience. The first time I came, the service was not very pleasant. A young lady attended us, but she was quite rude and even started removing our plates while we were still eating, which made the moment very uncomfortable. However, during my second visit, things went much better. The waitress who helped us this time was very kind and attentive. At the beginning, they forgot to take our order and we waited around 15 minutes before someone came to the table, but after that, everything went smoothly.

Overall, the food here is truly delicious, and the place itself is very nice and worth visiting. I just hope they can improve a bit in customer service, especially when it comes to greeting customers and taking their order promptly. Other than that, I highly recommend this pizzeria. Their dishes are very tasty, and if you visit, I definitely suggest trying the chicken Alfredo pasta — it’s one of my favorites!“

“This place is by far the best Italian restaurant in Albany! The food is amazing we did the eight course meal and everything was amazing. The meatballs were awesome. The octopus is the best I've ever had anywhere even the salad with this fresh vinaigrette lemon and pepper. The entree the pasta is perfect the sauce is clearly homemade. I would recommend this place without hesitation you would not be disappointed.“

“We stumbled on the place by chance and were not disappointed. The bartender, Jill was very friendly. Our meals were full of flavor. My husband got the chicken parm and I the barramundi. Finished by a tiramisu martini with a side of tiramisu. Sooooo good. We will definitely go back! Oh! The fresh bread and olive oil topped with tapenade was delish as well!“

“Absolutely wonderful experience! I took 12 employees out to celebrate the holiday season and see a show in Albany. From the time we called for a reservation, right through dinner, the entire staff, and especially our server Casey were so welcoming and accommodating. The drinks, food, and service were all superb! Casey made us feel like we were the only thing that mattered in the restaurant, while the kitchen and bar handled some special requests with ease! In a world where the meaning of hospitality seems to have been forgotten by so many, this restaurant still knows what it means, and executes flawlessly. What’s your address ? I will drive it out to you. Within a 1/2 hour this awesome guy Justin pulled into my driveway with all our food. Hot food and cold salad !! Thank you. Way to go!!“

“Sat at the bar and was served by Vinnie. Vinnie was super nice and we had great conversations. Gabriella was also very smiley and friendly (she drinks a lot of water lol [inside joke]). I ordered the veal cordon bleu and my adult son had the lasagna. I’ve been to Italy and this meal was just as good, if not better, than some of the food I ate in Rome, Gaeta or Naples. The food was nice and hot, the bread was perfect and the everything was tasty. Great job we will definitely be back!“

“We had our first-ever meal today at Capriccio on the Green at Pinehaven Country Club in Guilderland, New York, and the entire experience was spectacular!

My wife and I had heard about the great food and beautiful setting and decided to give it a try. Lane and Fiona provided such great service and were incredibly energetic, friendly, and accommodating.

We started with the shrimp cocktail, which came with a delicious cocktail sauce, and sampled the margarita pizza. Both were superb! Then I had the Philly cheesesteak, with tender beef and caramelized onions stacked on top, along with another layer of melted cheese in the middle of a delicious bun. My wife had the corned beef Reuben, which was also fantastic.

We also had the crispy fries—and they were so good we had to take some back to our hotel!

I can’t say enough about the wonderful service, positive attitude of the staff, beautiful setting, and delicious food. We had a fantastic experience and will definitely be back!“

If you have kids whose staple food is boiled noodles and butter, no matter the time nor the day, Bellini's will satisfy, and won't break the bank. Without a Noodles & co around for at least 100 miles, Bellini's has you covered, and is a must-stop for us. I can also recommend the meatballs and sausage.“

I've been to Jacob & Anthony's many times, and the food and service have been good.

Today at a lunch I hosted for out-of-town guests, the experience deserves 1 star because the housefly problem inside the restaurant was terrible. Many swarming flies pestered the five of us -- landing on our faces and heads and hands throughout the meal. It was hard to maintain a conversation.

I know it's not fair to post a definitive rating on a restaurant's worst day, so that's why I'm giving 4 stars not 1. Still, management needs to be on notice and get this problem under control.“

“I have ben to few Sbarro's, as far away as Nassau, Bahamas. the producte are consistent. I do like the pizza, new york style and Sicilian . Usually when. in colonie center I get ziti to go .
