Made and ate a wonderful Indian dinner, complete with wine, hors d'oeuvres, and a brief break mid event to whip up a pitcher of mango lhassi! The Bourbon Room is closed to the public during these events, so the whole thing feels very private and luxurious. Cesaera had all the ingredients and equipment ready, so everything we needed was right at hand. Came home with a binder of the recipes used, so we can share what we learned with others. His knowledge of drinks and his friendliness truly stands out. In addition to the drinks we ordered, he was able to recommend other drinks that we would like based on what we shared with him. Even though there were locals there, he was attentive and interacting with us as well (which not all bartenders do!)
