Great food, fast, friendly service
Great ribs very tender and flavorful.
I had an awesome experience at Fire Mission Smokehouse and Tap Room. The food was seriously next level.
The birria grilled cheese was unreal—perfectly crispy on the outside, loaded with flavorful, tender meat. Easily one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in a long time.
The pulled pork was just as impressive—super juicy, packed with smoky flavor, and cooked exactly right. You can tell they know what they’re doing when it comes to barbecue.

Fire Mission Smokehouse & Taproom offers an awesome experience with next-level food. The birria grilled cheese is unreal—perfectly crispy on the outside, loaded with flavorful, tender meat, easily one of the best sandwiches. The pulled pork is super juicy, packed with smoky flavor, and cooked exactly right. The truffle fries are absolutely addictive, crispy and well-seasoned. The Sampler, costing $115, is a lot of food for 4 people, and the Mexican Corn is great, with great cowboy Beans and so-good cornbread. The Payloader Nachos are seriously amazing, though one order was forgotten and kindly taken off the bill. The Barbacoa Grilled Cheese comes on Texas toast with plenty of meat and candied jalapeños on the side. The atmosphere is great thanks to the owners' renovations, and the service is awesome, with a friendly and attentive server. The staff was amazing with young boys. Everything comes out hot, fresh, and full of flavor, making this a new family favorite spot to return to.
