“This particular Dunkin shows that not all Dunkin Donuts are the same. I go out of my way to go to this Dunkin because the people working are always friendly, they are fast and efficient. I have been going there for 5 years or more and I think I have had had order messed up maybe twice and both times they were more than happy to fix it. I always refer people to this dunkin“

“Went to NY ovals cricket ground and found this Dunkin pretty close to the ground . Parking was good . They had drive through too. Drive through takes a long time . Service was slow on drive through. So , I had to back up and park my car , and go inside directly .

Lots of space inside to sit and eat . Service inside was good . Ordered cofeee , hasbrowns and few other stuff . Regular coffee was average , and hot latte was super good .. Hashbrowns were a bit soggy . Not too pricey . Liked it overall.“

“I hope the owner reads this, the poor girl was crying because she was being screamed at, she was the ONLY one there and there were people inside and a line of cars wrapped around the building. You need to look over your numbers more, its business 101. Nobody should NEVER be alone at this time of day. I go to this DD every sing day at all different times and they're always busy with only one person there. That bad on the owners part. You'd probably have more business if you had more workers so things could move faster. At least add one more person.“

“I haven't been to Dunkin' since the name change, but I know why they changed it, now. I got a donut. Dunkin' has never had great donuts, but the donut I had was dry and stale. I didn't finish it. I bought breakfast sandwiches for others; they liked them. No complaints about the coffee drinks. In summary, skip the donuts.“
