Visited for breakfast after a funeral nearby. The extremely warm and attentive service improved our spirits immensely. Food was wonderful as well as affordable. Thank you Jackie’s!!
staff was amazing, and really sweet. food was wicked good, best breakfast food ive had when visiting upstate ny. the waitress was really nice to me, and i havent seen that in alot of places when i visit upstate anymore (im trans) so it made a massive difference. ill always visit Jackie's if im in upstate.

While the food was decent enough, and edible, it just wasn't "pleasing". I ordered an Omelette, expecting what I am used to. Instead, it was as if the cook tried to wrap up all the ingredients, into a tight square instead. Not to mention that what I ordered, was all packed very tightly onto 1 small plate, giving me no room really, to cut into my food. The person I was with, ordered Eggs Benedict.
