“Been here twice and some dishes are really good and some fall flat. Cocktails are great, pretzels are great, oysters are great, the Nice salad is actually perfect. Garlic shrimp are meh, soba noodles are good, burgers are very good, desserts are great, Steak frites are overpriced and suck and was just burnt fry ends and really hard and tough steak that I brought home to my dogs.“

“New Street Lounge is gem! If you ever watched the show "Cheers", that's New Street Lounge only more fun! It's like going to your friend's house for great cocktails and entertainment! Amy has gone above and beyond to bring exciting features to the bar; live entertainment, trivia, karaoke, theme parties and so much more! The outdoor area is amazing! The staff are so friendly and accommodating, and make great cocktails! They have their own food menu and you can also order from El Rancho across the street. The patrons are also amazing! We've made many friends there. Thanks Amy, for kicking up our social life!!“

“Barrel 28 is a wonderful place to have an event in their private room. We recently had our daughters bridal shower there. Everyone raved about the food, which was wonderful. The wait staff was amazing, very friendly and attentive. All other staff we interacted with were also great. Would definitely recommend Barrel 28 for your next party“

“Had an incredibly bizarre experience here where they said they could only see us at 7 PM and then the place was entirely empty except for us the whole evening. They also didn’t serve us the tavern menu until we specifically asked for it. Everything was delicious from a food standpoint, but one of the more bizarre dining experiences I’ve ever had.“

“We hosted our wedding welcome party last weekend at Pine Island Tap House and it was a wonderful experience! Peter made it so easy to work with them to host our party. Our group was welcomed early to set up, the staff were super friendly and helpful all night. It was so fun having the food trucks onsite for our guests to enjoy. Peter even went out of his way to get us a second truck for the evening so we had more options. Our guests loved the mix of indoor / outdoor space - and the staff graciously set up the fire pits for us to enjoy in the evening! Our friends and family were raving about it and kept asking us how we found such an awesome place! We would highly recommend Pine Island for a visit or any events!“

Small and very well executed food menu
We ordered a charcuterie board that had a very good variety of cheese and cold cuts
Grilled cheese flight -bread was nice and crispy and the filling was very tasty
House salad was surprisingly delicious
For drinks I ordered the mulled wine and it was very nice seasoned
Staff are super nice

Decent food and drinks..theres an ax throwing thing in the bar that looked like a lot of fun but like everything else at this whole establishment, it will cost an arm and a leg.“

“The Horse and Sulky is a local pub. The food is really good and the service people are really nice. Thursdays are burgers and beer night with karaoke. Fun atmosphere, but do not get confused , it is not a fancy place, just a local hangout.

“We found this brewery on our trip home off of Route 17. It is such a great Brewery! The place is very cool! It has a ton of indoor seating, a large outdoor beer garden, and a game room! My son loved it! The food was really, really good, the pumpkin beer was tasty, and the bartender/owner was welcoming! If we are ever in Middletown again, we will be back! So far Middletown breweries are 2 for 2! Equilibrium is great too!“
