“The Copperhead Club in Peekskill is truly a hidden gem! I went with my kids on Christmas Eve last year, and it was such a special experience—the food was absolutely delicious, and the service was outstanding. Since then, I’ve been back often, especially for happy hour, and it never disappoints. One of my absolute favorites is their onion dip with chips—it’s honestly the best I’ve ever had! It takes me right back to the holidays—Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter—when my family would always have onion dip, Copperhead takes it to a whole other level. Their homemade peanut butter shot is also incredible (with whiskey, I believe)—smooth, unique, and dangerously good. The chef, bartenders, and waitstaff are all so kind and welcoming. The atmosphere feels like family, and to top it off, the sunsets over the Hudson River right across the street are some of the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. The Copperhead Club isn’t just a place to grab a drink or a meal—it’s a true treasure in Peekskill. She not only created spectacular cocktails, but did it quickly, efficiently and always with a smile. We did a flight, had cocktails and brought home a delicious bottle of rye.“

“The best wings in the HV and crew! Duane, Jimmy, Lisa and Max are the best! They have a diverse selection of 20 beers on tap with a nice rotation of new styles and breweries. The food is great, and very reasonably priced. Like the beers on tap, there are also 20+ flavors for their wings. I'm generally a hot buffalo fan but, if you can tolerate the heat, I recommend the Psycho sauce which is hot, but very tasty. They also have a unique and very tasty Thai peanut butter and raspberry sauce wing option. Other go to's for me are the mozzarella sticks, ripper hotdogs and blooming onion petals.“

“Liked going to coopers due to their daily happy hour but was surprised on Friday whenever I was told that there was no daily happy hour and it was just Monday-Thursday. It easily doubled our tab. We checked the website and it still said daily as well as the newly placed sign on main street and the newest post to their social media (posted on the same Friday). The server did give us two canned beers for the inconvenience (one a piece) but it makes me distrust if I'll have the same issue if I ever go back looking for the daily happy hour.

“First time here. Great spot to chill out. They had a live DJ (DJ Big Will) who was spinning some great songs for the evening. The food was good (had some cheeseburger sliders and fries) the bartender was great. I'm not a big drinker, but they had these hard ciders that were very good. Definitely a nice spot I can see coming back to.“

“I believe I have gotten a to go pizza from here before, but it's been a long time. Today I got the special Brick Oven pizza which had spicy salami, spicy sausage, jalenpenos, mozzarella, tomato sauce, parmesan and parsley. I also ordered.the Chimichurri Alfredo (sautéed chicken, hose made chimichurri and alfredo sauce and sundried tomatoes) over tri-coores Tortellini for lunch tomorrow. The brick oven pizza was amazing. Good amount of heat anyone should be able to tolerate. Excellent pizza! I also got to try another special pizza with Roasted red pepper, mushroom, feta and balsalmic glaze - delicious!

They have a good Happy Hour everyday 3-6 with 4 food items, beer, wine and well drinks. Great bang for your buck. I sat at the bar to get the HH wine and Brianna took great care of me. She kept watching to make sure I got my 2 glasses before 6 p.m. Since I didnt get there till 5:40. She was super sweet and was taking care of the bar area efficiently and quickly.
