“Doing take out this Lenten Friday, we ordered 2 fish fries. One haddock one pike. Fish was spectacular best in a year. The mashed potatoes tasted like instant and the scoop of slaw was tiny compared to other sides. On a busy Friday night we had to wait an extra 40 minutes beyond what they quoted on the phone. Be patient with these guys.

Vegetarian options: Super small but you eat with the locals. Not handicapped accessible.

Absolutely the best food in Buffalo and our favorite hands down Italian restaurant with the best meatballs I ever had besides my grandma's, that I haven't had since she passed, so these are now the best I can get. The menu is great with something for everyone and whatever you're in the mood for from flatbread pizza to homemade pasta with the most amazing sauces, delicious salads, fantastic steak and the freshest Italian desserts. if you can save room. We have to get them to go home. It's so hard to decide that we get several things and go family style sharing and going around the menu. bravo Nani in the meatballs! they are a must! great friendly service and beautiful atmosphere. sometimes the acoustic music in the bar. what a gem we love walking distance to the theater district, we try to go before shows and park and enjoy the evening starting with the best meal and drinks before a show downtown. The restaurant and bar were very busy but no excuse for the disorganization we experienced. Probably won't go back as Buffalo has many Italian restaurants with better food, atmosphere and prices. “Went there before a play for dinner at Shea's Buffalo. This place is on the Chippewa bar strip, so we were not expecting much. Walking inside, it looks like a typical party/cocktail bar, brick walls, long bar, and tables opposite the bar with plastic chairs and Formica tables, so you are sitting in the bar. At 5:30PM on restaurant week before a nearby playing of Hamilton, we were the only diner's there (and only 4 others at the bar). Now the good part.... one of the best meals I have had in a long time!!!!! Waitress/bartender was prompt, attentive and friendly. The special for restaurant week that we had was $35 for soup/salad (I had soup), Duck with asparagus, yams, sprouts and and pie for dessert. This meal was fabulous! Perfect portion and perfect flavor. The caramel/peanut butter pie was luscious! On top of all this, we were there during happy hour, so $3 a beer. I highly recommend trying this place to eat, just don't expect a cozy, intimate atmosphere. You won't be disappoints, and you won't be broke.“

“This small business has a great family vibe. The food was ahmazing! the meatballs with ricotta are like no other. Their chicken, stuffed mushrooms, and roast beef were cooked and seasoned to perfection. They have a lot of seafood options, clams and scalops too. The owner and chef, Mark is out and about interacting with patrons and even plays the harmonica for you! He is very talented, he vame out to play happy birthday for someone across the restaurant and even came over to our work christmas party to play some christmas music. It is a gem of a place, if you are in kenmore and want dinner or just a glass of wine at a quiet bar or a warm friendly place, they are wonderful. I highly recommend them for dinner and small business dinner parties.“

“I went there with my wife on the Labor Day weekend to hear one of Western New York's premiere rock guitar groups Dave Constantine and his band who's been rocking Western New York since the early '70s and enjoy what they had to offer in the way of a variety of foods from burgers hot dogs sausage to seafood including various prepared clams scallops fish shrimp and enjoy the fantastic guitar stylings of Dave Constantine and his band I understand that they close after Labor Day but will be opening again after the spring warms things up again in 2025.“

“Had High expectations as my mom always visits David's when she crosses the boarder. Had the shrimp tacos although the shrimp was BIG and JUICY and FLAVOURFUL the coleslaw underneath was so BLAND. My husband had the jalapeno brisket burger which he enjoyed with sweet potato fries which were AMAZING. i would go back and try something else next time and for sure get the sweet potato fries!“
