“This wonderful barista offered my son a free cake pop when she saw him waiting patiently for our drinks. My heart exploded … especially because kindness in this world seems to be lacking. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences at this Starbucks on Ridge Road. The staff ALWAYS greets you at the counter if not immediately upon entering. It’s clean. Always stocked.“

“The staff are always very friendly and they move very quickly. They double check what you ordered and always start a friendly conversation. The feta egg white wrap is vegetarian friendly and my go to. I get a matcha with brown sugar and toasted vanilla syrup with oat milk. The addition of oat milk is what made me start to trying starbucks drinks. I took one star away because the drive through can be awkward, sometimes the line stretches into the street and blocks traffic.“
