Pip's has some of the best coffee in town, with great espresso drinks and drip coffee, using Counter Culture coffee and a La Marzocco espresso machine. The pastries are delicious, and the croissants are worth it. With both indoor and outdoor seating, Pip's is a cozy spot to relax and enjoy a meal or simply linger over a cup of coffee. The place is super cute and they have a great assortment of vintage records.
