“They knocked down the Wendy's that was here for decades and built a new modern-looking building that is smaller and taller. They added a long desired for drive-thru. Inside is smaller now but who eats inside at Wendy's anyway. It's a million times nicer than it used to be. Seems like is closes earlier now but otherwise good.“

Every time I go with my wife to visit our son who is at Hofstra despite trying to go to different venues to grab a bite before we head back to Jersey. We always end up at black label because the food is so good, the service is great the people are very friendly and the service is quick. If you’re in Hempstead or Westbury and looking for a good burger, good hotdog in a simple atmosphere black label is my first choice.“

The vanilla shake was solid, and the chicken wings were awesome. All the burgers were well-flavored and had a juicy patty. The server was friendly, but the narrow little restaurant looked a little sad, we thought there would be more people instead of being the only customers. I would go again, however. The lunch menu prices are worth it, and the happy hour from 4pm to 8pm seem worth it, too.“

“I’ve been ordering delivery from Chicken is Back for quite some time, and I can tell you that the fried chicken is actually crispy and juicy.

You must get the white garlic sauce if you’re a garlic lover like me. It’s so creamy and good! The spicy original is also really good if you like a little kick. My only complaint is that they put the sauce in such a tiny container, and it’s definitely not enough…

Although they’re known for their fried chicken, don’t sleep on the grilled chicken. It’s a healthier option, but it’s still incredibly juicy and flavorful. Honestly, it surprised me how good it was! As for the crispy batter fries, they’re OK, but honestly, kind of meh.

I do think it’s a little pricey, but I’d say it’s worth trying. Definitely recommend!“

“People it's me again and this time I'm in the Applebee's Restaurant and Bar in Hicksville NY (South Broadway Rd next to the Lowe's and I have to say that everything that I've eaten here and the beers is best the food is amazing all the meats are moist and have flavors like nothing you would expect the people here are great and I'm telling you all to come here and believe me you will never stop bring your family and friends and everyone will enjoy it they have TV's all over and you know now the world cup football (soccer) is on well you can watch it without having to distress yourself because there's so many screens you can watch it on and every other sporting events... “As a former executive chef, and hospitality professional I’ve learned to manage expectations in fast casual restaurants. Well, to my surprise, Burger Village exceeded all expectations . Arriving for a movie 90 minutes early gave us time to find a place to eat. I had reviewed the few options and Burger Villages natural menu seemed like a great choice. We were greeted (by one of the owners) and promptly met with a smiling server. Drinks, yes. Natural coke, iced tea. Then dinner. One turkey burger with sweet potato fries and one specialty burger with their house sauce and my favorite waffle fries. Both arrived hot and the burger juicy. Both cooked exactly as requested. My medium rare was perfect. Unfortunately, I didn’t anticipate the “heat” or spice of the sauce. Pria, the owner asked if everything was okay. This was a good sign. I mentioned the heat and she insisted on remaking the burger without the sauce asap. She said - “I want you to have a great experience “ wow - in all my years of coaching hospitality professionals I rarely saw this level of care and concern flow so organically. “Today I visited Amir Halal Restaurant and was seriously impressed. The place was clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. I ordered the mild spicy crispy chicken sandwich and it was fantastic, super crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and just the right amount of heat. The flavor was bold but balanced, making it one of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve had in a while. The fries were freshly seasoned, hot, and crispy also not your average side! They paired perfectly with the sandwich and really completed the meal. The food came out fresh, and the service was quick and friendly. “Decided to take the 40 min drive from Lindenhurst to Oyster Bay to try out Gimme Burger. Boy are we glad we did! Service was great the burgers were the best we have had ever! My husband never finishes his fries, well not today! Everything cooked without seed oil. The buns were so soft and buttery. My black and white shake was outstanding! It seemed to go on forever! Definitely no table shortage HERE. A nice bar at the front where a bud was 6 bucks, one of the best burgers was 9 bucks and the most AMAZING nachos ever. were 12.
