Stopped in for lunch today missed lunch hours…but the owner Chris personally made lunch and drinks for us. Food was amazing!!! Really cool atmosphere and a beautiful old building. Worth the trip we will be back! Nice to meat you Chris!

This place is a gem! I was there sitting outside for the tractor parade tonight. And all my friends raved about how friendly the owner was. We were outside his establishment waiting for the parade and hanging out for a couple of hours. During that time we were in and out using the rest room and grabbing beers from the bar. We had very good German dishes at what I thought were excellent prices. We enjoyed the German wines and beer, too. IMHO the wines were a good pour for the cost. The owner spent a lot of time with us. He was interesting as well as passionate about his offerings.The ambiance was plain and low key. I've eaten in German cafes that were similar so I was ok with it.We have no complaints but I guess I'm saving the fifth star for a fabulous experience or ambiance.
