After receiving my iced coffee made with iced tea instead of coffee I can't even put into words how annoyed I am. And I was not offered a refund even though they knew it was an issue. This place really needs to get their act together
Went to this location today, not only did they not give my boyfriend a full cup of coffee, they were also very rude to me when I asked for a clarification on my order. Not intending to return to this location.
I just want to thank the employees at Dunkin.... this morning there was a mistake with my phoned in order for a little boys birthday celebration treats for school and they made it right above and beyond! My 8 year old was more understanding then his mother. Thank you so much!!! You guys rock!
