“We have become basically regulars at Coleen’s. For over a year now most Saturday mornings include Coleen and her great breakfast. Over time we have gotten to know Coleen and her dogs and truly appreciate what she provides to the village of Brockport. Any bad reviews on here are from people that clearly cannot read and/or lack empathy for someone that does as much as Coleen. Call ahead and you will have a great experience.“

“The Dakota is a wonderful place to stop in for any meal. You are greeted by Shauna that has a big smile, very welcoming, such a team player and professional. She helps out anywhere she’s needed. At the bar and cleans tables. She works her magic to make the dining atmosphere fantastic and You are usually seated fast and the food is great!“

“Pontillo's Hilton totally cares about their customers! Had a glitch in my delivery order tonight and they made it right within 20 minutes! I highly recommend them and definitely give them 5 stars!!??“

“Roc City Sammich brought a food truck to the port beach for my rehearsal lunch/welcome party before my wedding. I booked them because the manager Joe was sooo friendly, responsive, and helpful right from the first communication. The food was awesome and we got nothing but compliments the entire time. Their staff was quick and organized and everything ran smoothly. They weren’t expecting tips from any of our guests which was unexpectedly generous but they absolutely deserved them. Highly recommend working with Joe and his team if you want a delicious and easy crowd-pleasing event!“

“PLEASE DO NOT FOR ANY REASON STOP SELLING SUBS AT YOUR SPENCERPORT LOCATION. subs are the only thing i order from your restaurant, besides boneless wings. I have stopped going to all other locations because they stop selling subs. I have spent thousands of dollars at your restaurants since i started ordering at your first lyell ave location. I will stop ordering if you get rid of subs.“

“Have been coming to custom house for almost two years now. Service is awesome and the friendliest people you will meet in Brockport. Atmosphere is equisetic and homey and filled with cute little knickknacks all around the restaurant. Food is super reasonable especially for college students that are looking for a night out in the town. I have ordered a variety of meals from here and not once have I ever been disappointed in the food or presentations. If you are located in Brockport or looking for a new place to try I would highly recommended Custom House for your next night out!.“

“Have ordered here many times but only ordered pizza so I can't speak on anything of the other food. But pizza have been spot on 99%of the time, one time it was kinda greazy and bland but that was only one time. Every other time it's been great, and as of right now this is my go to Pizzeria. Keep up the great work“

“Never knew about this place until passing through by chance. The food was delicious, filling and good price. Walking inside took me back some years with the feeling when small to medium dinners were everywhere. The atmosphere was inviting and not knowing anyone didn't matter, you were treated like an old friend. I fully support the partnering and working with local farms. Will be revisiting soon and often.“
