“This community restaurant has everything one would want. First the food was delicious. We ordered the manicotti which had a perfect blend of cheeses of Ricotta and Mozzarella in the delightful noodles. The sauce was wonderfully blended.. not too thick or thin nor garlicky. Our beef sandwich as well was delicious. Moreover the delivery was on time and we were able to choose when we wanted it. All of this was perfect for those who like good food but don’t want to or can’t go to out to eat.“

“The falafel salad and hummus were good. I wouldn't recommend the grape leaves. Staff were very knowledgeable and accommodating about dietary restrictions but somewhat inattentive and slow about bringing needed/requested items (e.g. salad dressing, sugar for tea). Wasn't too busy when we were in but could have been short staffed. Overall recommend. It's a cute place.

“This place is amazing! We had 25 people coming from an Army game and called to see if they could take us all in an hour- they said yes and we are so glad they did! Servers Michael and Justin were incredible! We walked in, tables were set, water glasses filled and menus ready. They handled separate bills with ease, drink orders, soups, appetizers, meals and desserts with amazing customer service- and the food was a home run!! True comfort food with a flare! The Schwing burgers & Mac/cheese, deviled egg appetizers and skillet cookie were just a few of our favs! The list of beers on tap was long and something for everyone’s tastebuds for sure! “Our first time visiting Monarca and it was excellent. I chose the cammarones (shrimp with mushrooms and tequila) with the charro. (The charro!!! ?) So good! We ordered the queso which was spicy and very tasty. Margaritas were so good. We all left stuffed and satisfied. The staff was very friendly and pleasant. I loved the decor, the seating and ambiance. I'm surprized to see some of the comments here. People do have to realize a new business doesn't just open and run like clockwork. It takes time for staff to gel and get a system down. Its unrealistic to not expect that a brand new establishment needs time to work out kinks. That's why Im glad we waited to visit until now because we were very pleased and will be back!! “Love this place I drive all the way from New Windsor just to eat here. The food is so delicious we always go for hibachi and the sushi rolls. We order lo mein instead of rice and they always accommodate. It’s a cute little hole in the wall place but the service and atmosphere is top notch. Everyone is always so kind and go above and beyond. My son can be a little loud when he talks and is always asking questions they always respond and are willing to answer all his questions. Take out or dine in you can’t go wrong the same amount of care goes into all their dishes 100/10

Parking: Parking is right in front of the restaurant there’s a small lot but enough to accommodate as the restaurant is small. No stairs or anything leading into restaurant so it’s good if you have a stroller or wheelchair

Kid-friendliness: There’s no kid’s menu but they do offer chicken nuggets and other kid friendly options. The staff was so nice to my kids they made sure there experience was as good as everyone else’s.“

“It was very busy when we came but moved relatively quickly to get us a table. The employees seemed a little stressed, one told a customer who was done eating and collecting her things, that she would have to order first before sitting down, not noticing that she already ate. She was very rude about it, even if this woman would have tried to secure a seat before ordering the tone was not ok. When the person taking it order asked another employee to move out table so that 3 people could sit, that employee was clearly not happy about it and made a comment. The food was good though.“
