Brazilian Restaurants near Harrison, NY

“The restaraunt looks small from the outside but it's huge inside. It's very well decorated with Portugal contents, which was adorable. (See pic) The servers were very professional but still remained personal with us. The ambiance inside gives off vibes like the restaurants over seas which was a nice feeling. The food... we all had different feelings in regards to the food. Personally I thought my food was delicious. I had the puree of vegetable soup as an appetizer and following I had the grilled fish. All their meals comes with fries, rice and beans; which was enough for me to share with my Gf bc it was such a huge portion. My husband and one of our bf's both had steaks and they weren't too pleased as it was filled with fat. For appetizers we also tried clams casino, and melon with prosciutto. For dessert I had rice pudding one of my favorite Portuguese desserts. I would come back.**+by the way, the owner will be closing the restaraunt in two years, retiring and moving back to Portugal. If you want to try this place come before he shuts down. ***“

“I don't know how it could possibly be better. The food was incredible. The price is excellent and the service was impeccable. Aaron and Leandro did a spectacular job taking care of us. Our first anniversary was perfect. Thank you again, we'll be back soon!“

“I had a blast at Dulce Kitchen today! I couldn't resist trying their tacos, and boy, they were out of this world! The shrimp taco was a taste explosion—I couldn't get enough of it! And the steak taco? Oh, so scrumptious, it left me wanting more. You can bet I'll be back for another round of taco delight!“

“Overall pleasantly surprised. Meat quality and taste were A- Decent sides, something for everyone. Found it odd there were no prices anywhere. It was $60 a person but dessert is sold separately. We ordered a pitcher of white & red sangria for our table of 12. It tasted like juice, not an ounce of liquor in there. Also, we were asked multiple times from making a reservation, confirming reservation and even at the table if we were celebrating anything. We said it was the birthday for someone who we pointed out to the waitress however nothing was celebrated. He even ordered dessert but Happy Birthday wasn't written on the plate at least. I don't understand why ask multiple times if we were celebrating something if you don't do anything special. If you like meat red meat, since it was mainly cuts of steak going around then I could see it being worth it.“

“My daughter-in-law is from Brazil and introduced my family to some treats like Brigadeiros and so I found Araras online and visited one day to get some . So happy I did and I’ve been back several times to pick up different treats and also to buy some groceries from the market. I must say that as wonderful as the food is, the service and people who work there are even more wonderful! They have always been so helpful and accommodating and make Araras a very special place. “Very family friendly and laid back atmosphere. Traditional Brasilian buffet style food, it's a pay per pound type place. Great prices and good selection of meat & chicken. We came out stuffed and took food home for lunch. Will definitely come back.“

“Just amazing no frills Brazilian bbq—garlicky to perfection, incredibly delicious. Counter style—you point to the meat and they slice for you, you get what you want from salad bar, pay and dig in. Just. So. Good. Have some great Brazilian desserts too!“
