“I recently visited IHOP and had a fantastic meal! I ordered the combination of eggs, hashbrowns, steak, and pancakes, along with a cup of coffee, and everything was absolutely delicious. I love this place for its hearty breakfast options. However, I did notice that the cleanliness of the utensils could be improved, as my knife, fork, and spoon were not up to par. Despite that, the food was great, and I’ll definitely be back!“

“We were headed from NJ to Westchester and looking for an early lunch in Nyack. This place IS A FIND!!! We both had the Main Street wrap and it was DELICIOUS. Place is clean (including bathrooms), great service and very reasonable prices. Look forward to coming back over the bridge just to eat there again.“

“We hosted an intimate wedding celebration in the elegant party room at Jean-Jacques. It was a joy to work with Donna Sullivan, who handles functions. She provided us with expert guidance in choosing the menu and every other detail. The room looked gorgeous, the food was exquisite and our guests were well cared for by Donna and the other servers. We received so many compliments from the attendees who remarked that they had a wonderful time and that the food was delicious. The bride and groom, and all of their friends and family, enjoyed themselves immensely and were able to meet, connect and have conversation in an elegant atmosphere. The party room is indeed a hidden gem at this premiere bakery and cafe in Pleasantville. My husband and I are not from the area and had never been to Jean-Jacques, but I contacted Jean-Jacques at the recommendation of a family member and couldn’t have been more pleased. It was exactly what we wanted. We had ample room for 40 guests and a jazz piano player. From the appetizers, Bellinis, Prosecco, wine and other beverages, to the sumptuous gourmet buffet dinner to the most delicious celebratory cake, everything was PERFECT. I say this as someone who has organized many events professionally over the decades. Donna Sullivan and Jean-Jacques are top notch.“

“I traveled from Indiana on business and stopped to get a bite to eat which was located in the middle of the village!I received a warm welcome! What a clean and tidy place. The 1st thing I ordered was a hot chocolate. It was chocolaty with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle! Yum! I then ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese on a bagel with a side of potatoes with some peppers and onions,, oh my, so tasty. The eggs were perfectly prepared and bacon was crispy. As for the bagel, awesome!The owner is Latino, I forgot to wish her a happy Latino Heritage month!Thank you for a wonderful experience! This is a must try!“

“The steak tacos are my favorite; I prefer the traditional over the American style. The bacon egg and cheese is good too. One of the better places in the Kingsbridge area to get a quick bite to eat. Only downside is how small it is. It's mostly a strictly to-go small restaurant with enough room for 3 to 4 people at a time inside. The people who work there are very nice and they serve food quick and efficient.“

On Google, it's 'Tu Cafe' - on Yelp it's 'G & M Coffee Shop' - and on the menu I have it just says 'Cafe'.I've been here several times, and it's been a reliable, nice option and local business.Place is comfortable. Not overly large, but there are plenty of areas to sit both at a table or at the counter. I've only ordered to go, so I have no comments about the in-dining experience.I've only been ordering breakfast items, but upon last visit I decided to try more options the next time I come here. But the breakfast I have ordered has been good each time. The hot food behind the glass looks appetizing and I plan to try that next time I pass by.Staff has been friendly. I've mainly dealt with the one in the front and she's always very pleasant and welcoming.Parking is metered street or the municipal lot on the next block. Don't take chances without paying, because the parking violation police are here checking very frequently. Don’t expect anything to be made without you telling them exactly what you want.
New Rochelle customers are so picky and most adults eat like toddlers that they stay on the side of caution when adding any ingredients that were not specifically asked for .

Example, if you order a bacon egg and cheese and don’t ask for it to be toasted, you’re not gonna get it toasted .

The two owners are super sweet , mom and son duo! Take time to get to know them when you can.

I’ve seen a lot of ignorant reviews online about extremely petty things . Grow up New Rochelle!

“I went here for breakfast before heading to work. The food was amazing. The owners were so sweet. We had such a pleasant conversation that if I didn’t have to head to work I probably would’ve stayed to eat lunch and for convo haha!Highly recommend and will definitely return!“

“I came here for a chopped cheese. The food is good but a little bit overpriced. When I first ordered a chopped cheese on a roll it was $8.50. When I ordered a chopped cheese on a hero it was $11.00.There is a lot of other places that offer similar foods for a more affordable rate.Main take away is the food is good but a little expensive.8/10“

“I always go here for a quick breakfast. The place is small but cozy. They have 3 sections where you can sit. The staff is polite and kind. I usually get their omelete and hot chocolate, which is always tasty. My husband always gets the steak and eggs, and he enjoys it.
However, this time around, I ordered from the 50 & 0ver menu because I am dieting. I got 1 slice of french toast and either 2 or 3 slices of turkey bacon with some fruits. It's wasn't bad at all. I actually enjoyed it. I probably order from the 50 & over menu again because it has fewer calories compared to the regular menu.
Next time, I will post pics of the meal.. But overall, I would recommend going here.“
