Me and my family go here all the time!! It's definitely one of my favorites and the owner is so nice!! It makes me so sad to see that this place isn't nearly as popular as it should be. The grilled cheese is definitely my favorite It's super crunchy and doesn't go soggy like I've noticed happens at other restaurants!! Keep up the great work and I wish nothing but the best for you and your business!!
Silvio is a rockstar!!He does it all-- the food is outstanding-- we are here breakfast, lunch, dinner-- you CAN NOT go wrong at the Hartwick Restaurant.The cheese omelet and home fries were better than anywhere, Whole wheat toast was thick. Pancakes perfect. Huge portions--Kid-friendliness: Silvio was adorable and sweet to my son. Everything SO good, my son loved the egg sandwiches--Chocolate milk and cocoa-- everything great!! Kids are welcome here!!

Had breakfast here before driving home to Ohio. Was taken aback at the restaurant being out of the way. But the food was most excellent. We were there on a Wednesday and had the whole restaurant to ourselves. One man on duty and was great at taking out order and cooking it up. Great country diner.
