My university brought in Penny Lick as a vendor during an event and handed out free ice cream vouchers. I tried their chocolate flavor, and it was absolutely delicious—rich, creamy, and full of flavor. After that first taste, I’m definitely planning to visit their shop in person to try more flavors!
We hired Penny Lick Ice Cream for our wedding and it was one of the best decisions we made! The cart looked amazing and added such a fun touch to the day. I visited their little cart at an event in Dobbs Ferry today and it was great - the employee was super nice and the Wild Berry Sorbet I tried was amazing!
The ice cream was pretty good but there wasn't any place to sit inside and the store didn't look nice

Gritty, mediocre ice cream served by surly high school kids that falls off the cone right away because they can't be bothered to scoop it properly. Also, if you say you're open to 7 you shouldn't kick people out at 6:55.

Discovered this after dining at 3 Westerly. Very happy I did. I had the matcha and fiance had the lavender. Both superb! The Blue Pig in Croton is too sweet for my taste. This tasted very balanced and homemade ??

Cute little ice cream store in downtown Hastings-on-Hudson. Visited on July 4th just before closing. I tried the lavender truffle and the BF tried the dark chocolate coconut (vegan) - both very good. There were a few tables in a back room to sit at, a table and window benches up front and a couple of benches outside. The service was not great, but it was the end of a holiday day and I'm sure they were trying to get out of there to try to enjoy the rest of the evening.
