The woman at the window is very sweet. She spoke to me and my daughter, she made my two year old laugh, she was very pleasant. They didn't make any errors in the order. I would recommend this place. Nice atmosphere. Food was good. The place Gives off a family business vibe from the woman at the window. Wish I'd gotten her name.
Ordered 3 piece honey BBQ meal at the West Hempstead location and when I got home, noticed they gave me only 2 pieces. I reported it, I would suggest before leaving you check your order.
This KFC has the greatest fried chicken of all time. I've been here a few times, I thought I just got lucky the first couple of visits. Today I got the wedges and a bucket. This chicken is perfect every time, and I am a huge fan of the woman who works at the drive through window! Excellent customer service!

KFC is a restaurant with friendly staff and ample parking on both sides of the building. Wheelchair accessibility is convenient with no steps to enter. While some customers had issues with their takeout orders missing items, others appreciate the welcoming atmosphere, especially on Sundays. The manager is highlighted as a great employee who understands the business well.
