cashier is not welcoming. Very rude and dismissive. The food is always cold after waiting for a minute. Jerk chicken is sometimes over grilled too dry. My husband was in the other day and order 2 small Jerk dinners and changed to large. cashor gets annoyed and sucks her teeth and said he'swasting the food. He told her just add more food. Now she said he's wasting the containers. I would not recommend this place, I rather spend more money.

I am completely disappointed in Tropical Jerk. I haven't been to the Baldwin location in years and I stopped in yesterday. Only to be treated horrible, I ordered fry chicken and white rice and the Spanish guy was so nasty to be because I REQUESTED DARK MEAT. Then he went ahead and put jerk sauce on my food when I never requested it, and had the nastiest attitude in the world over his mistake.
