I was craving collard greens - and looking for a new place to try. I found Village BBQ on line and was impressed with the reviews so off I went. Randy the owner is not only the nicest guy but a fantastic chef! He and his wife run the business. I had his brisket (at his insistence!) Delicious! Sweet potatoes and collard greens. Customer next to me raved about the banana pudfing so I added that too. All 5 star!!! Very happy I took the chance on a place in a gas station!!
